Where we ship
GENKIVA currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
A flat rate of $4.99 applies to every order, shown at checkout.
Handling and delivery time
- Handling time: 1–3 business days (the time we need to prepare and dispatch your order).
- Transit time: 8–15 business days after dispatch.
All timeframes are given in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Carrier and tracking
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Fulfilment / dropshipping disclosure
Some GENKIVA products are shipped directly from our manufacturing and fulfilment partners. This allows us to keep prices fair and our range fresh. Estimated delivery times above already account for this.
Missing or incomplete orders
If part of your order is missing, or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@genkiva.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
